About me

I am Sopho Meskhi. I have been a member of the Archi team since 2019. Initially, I started as a project administrator to manage administrative tasks for Archi's completed and ongoing projects. I was the mediator between the project department and the rest of the departments in the company. In fact, I served as ‘Hub’, which provided me with a lot of information about the ongoing processes and events at Archi. During those years, I was involved in all processes except for the construction itself. And for the last 6 years, I have joined the construction process too.

Currently, the management of the complex of 4 residential buildings and handing in the apartment keys to the Archi customers are my major duties. Again, I play the role of 'Hub' but now for specific projects and with increased responsibilities at hand.

I have always believed that we can do anything we wish to do. Archi gave me the opportunity to boost my confidence, which significantly strengthened my self-confidence. As a result, this has had a positive impact on my work performance.

At Archi, I have realized how important it is for our productivity to do what we love and not to wake up every morning with negative emotions caused by stressful workplace obligations. The Archi team shows me that professional and pleasant surroundings are very important in the workplace. Now I feel I am better at time management and prioritization. I have learned that current tasks should be completed at their expected date and not be left until later. Here I have improved my communications skills and what’s very important, I have met wonderful people.

Current process

Project managers are involved in virtually all processes from architectural drawings to delivering Archi apartments to their owners. The process starts with architects, who plan the architectural projects. Then the plans are brought to Tbilisi City Hall, where these projects are checked whether they comply with the geological, geophysical, construction, and engineering network projects requirements. Then comes my main role to oversee the tender procedures for the completed architectural projects. It’s exciting to be part of the entire process starting from creating architectural drafts to planting a tree in the residential buildings’ gardens.

My contribution to Archi

All Archi members have a say in building the company's image. That’s why every member’s involvement is equally important. Our success is the final result of our work. It is the completed residential projects that build the company’s image. It is my duty to provide our customers with exactly such apartments that we have agreed on.
A monotonous and slow daily routine is boring for me. At Archi, we are always in a hurry and busy and I like to be part of this interesting chaos.

I think one of the major assets of our team is multitasking. We usually switch between different tasks in a matter of seconds, dealing with various issues simultaneously and this process never ends.

We make sure to stay cool in stressful situations, make decisions effectively, and work on mastering communication skills and time management.

Construction standards and quality control

Archi has allocated a special department for construction standards and quality control. Our technicians' team inspects all construction sites on weekly basis. Besides, the architects and the construction project designers visit the sites to make sure that there are no deviations from the requirements. The mentioned supervisory procedures along with other mechanisms contribute to preventing mishaps. Safety guidelines are carefully followed. Our experts visit construction projects every week. Meanwhile, the project managers and supervisors keep a close eye on the processes.
