My job at Archi
I am Salome Jebisashvili, a social media manager at Archi. I have been working at the company for almost two years now. My major responsibilities include communication with the customers and content creation. Social media managers can be regarded as the voice of the company. When I deal with customers, I imagine what Archi represents and what kind of person it would be. The style of my communication reflects the customer-oriented approach developed by the brand Archi. I am tuned in to the needs of customers and deliver customer-oriented and friendly service.
First day at Archi
Joining Archi was an unexpected decision. One day as I was passing the Archi’s office in the Philharmonic Hall building, I instantly decided that I wanted to become a part of the Archi team. I sent the CV and joined the company immediately after the job interview. Arriving at the office in an elevated mood, I was given a positive reception from the staff. Initially, I started as a call center operator and got promoted within half a year. Archi offers real professional development opportunities for people who are motivated and eager to do so.
The best thing about my job
The best thing about my job is the possibility of resolving customer queries. No matter who is reaching me for help, Archi residents or other interested people, I serve them with full responsibility until all their queries and problems are dealt with.
The most memorable day at Archi
I have a vivid memory of my first New Year preparation at Archi. The positive atmosphere and energy in the workplace were filling me with great joy. These moments were even happier than my childhood memories of New Year's celebrations. The second half of the preparation was all about wrapping gifts, writing cards, and decorating the office. At the end of the workday, we exchanged congratulations and warm wishes.
If not Archi
Archi has been able to equip me with various professional and personal skills. Archi's Marketing Department never disappoints people who want to gain quality content creation and teamwork skills, enhance creativity and customer service, or simply want to grow professionally and take on new challenges.
