Keti Kurtanidze has been working as a personal adviser at Archi since 2014. She is helping apartment seekers put their dreams into practice. The 7-year experience is mutually beneficial to both her and the company.
First day at Archi
The job interview at Archi was the most memorable day for me. I can recall that it was March 10, 2014. At that time, Archi was about to refresh its brand and launch new projects. I had already had experience in the sales department and I was offered a job from another company in the same field. However, Archi’s future plans strongly appealed to me and I decided to connect my professional life with them. No wonder I have been working here for 7 years now. The interview went really well and I had a reason to celebrate it with my friends who were waiting for me outside.
The best thing about my job
One may think that working in the same position for 7 years is boring. However, that is not true to me. I am a personal adviser and therefore, I meet new people and families every day. The experience I share with our customers is emotional and interesting.
Everything starts with a wish to help our customers find their dream apartments. We are here to listen to their stories and then to meet their needs to the best of our ability. We are together in choosing every little detail including the perfect location for their apartments. This interpersonal communication makes our relationship unique.
The most memorable day at Archi
Every day spent with Archi customers is memorable to me, however, I can admit that meeting with emigrants is highly emotional. They tell us sad and heartrending stories and we feel a huge responsibility towards them. They have faith in the company and take us as their family members.
I have a vivid memory of a boy who worked in the Tbilisi Cleaning Service. His dream was to buy an apartment and he was constantly in touch with the company. Not long ago Archi offered a special service that made it possible for the boy to turn his dream into reality.
If not Archi …
If it were not for Archi, I would not be a good listener. Voicing our opinions is important, however, the company has taught me that listening is key, especially in my position. My job is filled with tiny nuances that make it extremely interesting. Leaving the workplace, I put my earbuds on and walk around to process what I have heard throughout the day.
On the other hand, Archi has shown me the importance of the customer service-oriented culture. The company makes sure that every customer’s voice is heard. Consequently, Archi’s new projects fulfill all the needs our customers have shared with us.
Archi has given me positive emotions and extraordinary co-workers. We have grown as a family, shared our personal and professional life with one another. Archi organizes rewards and recognition events as well as training sessions to keep us motivated. The company never forgets to send us congratulations messages on Holidays.
Archi has introduced me to people who have chosen the company as their life guide. Archi customers keep sending us messages to express their gratitude. Our friendship continues outside of the office.
About me
I am holding an arts degree. Besides, I used to be a synchronized swimmer. Water is the essence of my life. I have a big family and a wide circle of friends. Every day spent with them is interesting and enjoyable to me. As for the future, I am thinking about adding skiing to my stress-relieving activity list.
Archi makes sure I can balance my personal life with my job. I am certain that the company values its employees as they are and help their dreams come true.
