Joining Archi

I saw the Archi job vacancy 4 years ago. At that time I worked at a small agency and intended to join a bigger company. I had ambitious plans to further my career and Archi was a perfect opportunity for that. I can remember how nervous I felt at the job interview due to the high number of candidates. That's why I was extremely happy to get chosen for the 3D designer position. The position was later upgraded to the head of the designers' team.

Life after Archi

Archi has given me the chance to observe my career advancement alongside the company's development. The number of customers, as well as employees, has been growing, which translates into increased responsibilities at work.

Archi has offered me courses on creating promo videos, ad posters, etc. to refine my technical skills. This constant learning process gives me the confidence to provide quality products for our customers.

I have gained a considerable experience at Archi. The company is growing, and hence the employees' responsibilities, which, I believe, is key to my career development.

The best thing about my job

The best thing about my job is checking a final product. Public reaction and feedback make it even more enjoyable.

The working process is very interesting. It brings all team members together to discuss assigned tasks, brainstorms ideas, distribute the workload, create a final product, and refine it before launching. Then we all wait for the customers' reactions.

If not Archi…

If not Archi, I would not have so many friends. The people I met here have become my friends. If not Archi, I have no idea where I would be now. What I am sure about though is that Archi encourages me to develop my management skills along with my creative abilities.

Workdays at Archi are smooth, productive, and funny. I feel comfortable and trusted at work. What’s more, I love the way the company motivates its employees with incentives such as gifts and awards. Last year my team member was named the company's best employee that made me feel extremely proud.

About myself

My hobbies are hiking and exploring new places, sensations, and experiences. I love playing board games, spending time with my friends, watching TV series, and drawing obviously.

Moreover, I often visit concerts and festivals to listen to my favorite artists. The pandemic prevents such events from happening now but I hope life will soon come back to its normal course.
