The construction of Archi Batumi began in June 2016 and ended in January 2018. The project is different from all other residential buildings in the city. This difference is due to modern architecture, which is adapted to the appearance of Batumi, and at the same time features energy-efficient building materials and customer-oriented planning. In the construction of Archi Batumi high-quality, energy-efficient blocks from the German brand Ytong were used. Ytong material has unique properties that prevent the spread of fire for up to 4 hours. Their thermal insulation properties make it possible to reduce energy consumption by 40%, which, in turn, allows apartment owners to reduce the negative impact on the environment and at the same time to save on heating and cooling costs for their apartments.
