According to Ana Qurasbediani, Chief HR Officer, The Mentoring Program helps new employees adapt to the workplace culture more quickly.

The employees who are involved in the program get familiarized with the workplace routines and expectations. As a result, new hires are believed to enhance their productivity and problem-solving skills at work. Overall, mentors help the mentees feel more a part of the company, “- points out Ana.

Archi is focused on attracting qualified employees as well as improving staff retention. Mentors are selected according to the criteria set by Archi.

“We have selected 10 mentors due to the criteria such as loyalty,  competence, and job performance. Besides, our mentors are distinguished by their personal qualities, communication skills, and a high sense of responsibility,” – says Ana.

Launching the Mentoring Program aims at building an employee-oriented culture in the workplace. The major benefit of the program is learning opportunities for both mentors and mentees.

“Apart from aiding in adaptation and skill development, the Program provides encouragement for new employees. It appreciates employee contribution to the company,”- adds Anna.
