Archi has responded to the initiative by the Mayor of Tbilisi and has provided packages of food and hygiene products for 500 socially vulnerable elderly people. The Georgia Red Cross Society’s trained volunteers along with Archi family members have participated in the distribution process of the products to the elderly.

“We continue to contribute to the fight against the coronavirus. We were glad to get engaged in the Mayor’s initiative to support those people who most need our help. I would like to thank Tbilisi City Hall, Georgia Red Cross Society, and their wonderful volunteers. We are happy to be actively involved in the company’s socially responsible campaigns together with Archi family members”, - Director General of Archi Shio Khetsuriani stated.

According to Archi, hundreds of thousands of Georgian Laris will be allocated for various activities to help the country tackle the challenge. Within the frames of the initiative, Archi has provided all the necessary products for 500 socially vulnerable elderly people.

“We would like to thank the company “Archi” for its contribution to the current processes. Engagement of individual companies in the processes is of great help for the common good. It is well known that the elderly people fall into a risk group and therefore, Tbilisi City Mayor takes the responsibility to provide all the necessary products for them so they do not have to leave their houses”, - Deputy Mayor of Tbilisi Ilia Eloshvili said.

A few days ago, Archi announced that hundreds of thousands of Georgian Laris will be allocated for various activities to help the country tackle the challenge.
