Construction of the new residential estate Archi Vazisubani began in June 2016 and ended in January 2018. The building attracts attention with its interesting architecture and the optimal ratio of price and quality of construction. The façade is clad with Belgian bricks, while the common areas are equipped to the highest level. High-quality, energy-efficient, and environmentally friendly building materials were used in the construction of Archi Vazisubani. The house is built of high-quality blocks manufactured using the modern technology of the German brand Ytong, which in 2013 was recognized in Germany as the Brand of the Century. Compared with conventional concrete building blocks, Ytong blocks have six times less thermal conductivity. Walls constructed from this material preserve the room temperature longer. Accordingly, 40% less energy is spent on heating and cooling rooms. In addition, Ytong material has unique properties that prevent the spread of fire for up to 4 hours.
