The employees at Archi have the right to enjoy a paid leave of absence of 24 working days and 3 days off annually. They can request a leave of absence after having worked for 11 months. Focusing on the happiness of our employees, we usually grant them a paid leave of 5 working days as well as several days off even before completing 11 months.

Apart from following the labor laws,  the company makes sure to provide proper health insurance for the staff. Archi employees can enjoy health insurance after completing a probationary period. However, service and project managers as well as construction staff, who are spending 70% of their working days on construction sites, are free from the probationary period.
